What do I NEED to bring?
– Valid Govt Issued ID along with the official event ticket (hard ticket, email print out, or e-ticket on your mobile device) – Must be 21 or up for a drinking ticket.
Who needs a ticket?
-All adults and children over 12 need a ticket. Children 12+ must have a non-drinking ticket. Children under 12 are free.
Are pets allowed?
-Pets are NOT allowed on the base for this event. Please leave Fluffy at home.

We highly encourage UBER/LYFT! Attendees will have their driver follow the same instructions for attendees who drive. It is tricky but doable!
GETTING THERE
Your rideshare destination address should be 448 HEADQUARTERS RD VB, VA 23451 and access should be through the main gate off of General Booth & Birdneck. Upon entering State Military Reservation, instruct your driver to follow the signs for All Attendees. Just ahead of the parking area you will see a left turn with signs designating UBER/LYFT DROP/PICKUP. The driver should make a left into the lot, let you out, flip around, and follow the EXIT SIGNS to leave through the back gate.
GETTING HOME
All Pickups will take place at the same UBER/LYFT DROP/PICKUP location. BE SURE to request your ride from the PICKUP location and message the driver that they need to enter via the MAIN GATE (East on Birdneck off of the Birdneck/General Booth intersection)….then follow the signs.
ALL VEHICLES WILL LEAVE THE EVENT FROM THE BACK GATE (NOT the Main Gate).
PLEASE drink responsibly. If you need to leave your vehicle and take an Uber/Lyft home, you must retrieve your vehicle by no later than 12PM the next day.

GA Ticket-holders get up to 6 oz of over 80 different beers. (Technically 2 tastings per BREWERY). This event encourages you to try many different beers and choose your favorite. VIP ticket holders get unlimited pours.
If the DD ticket was purchased at the same time-and on the same order-as the VIP ticket, you will get a VIP-DD wristband allowing access to the VIP section.
You get a $5 food voucher, free water and sodas at the bar, and access to the rest of the festival area. And our thanks for staying safe!
The purchaser can email us at shawn@beachambassadors.com and we can re-send through 9/12/25; after, the purchaser can bring a government issued ID and we can find the tickets at the door.
This event is Rain or Shine! There will be plenty of covered areas in the event of showers.
