| Cold IPA with Simcoe & Strata Hops. We're keeping it cool over here and continuing our exploration into the realm of Cold IPA's. Brewed with Pilsen malt and flaked rice for a light crushable body, then hopped intensely with Simcoe and Strata. Dank tropical citrus notes on the nose backed with flavors of passionfruit and light pine resin. Drinks dry, crisp, and clean with a mild hop bitterness. This lil' beers got us dipped in ice! |
